The aperitif is a ritual that allows us to take a break from the daily routine, giving ourselves moments of pleasure and relaxation. Enjoying an aperitif at Emporio Superiore means spending time in maximum comfort, savoring high-quality products prepared and served with passion.

The aperitif menu includes a wide selection of wines by the glass, starting with Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG — the flagship of our region — as well as a selection of sparkling wines made with the “Metodo Classico,” Italian and international white, red, and rosé wines.

There’s also a cocktail list for the pre-dinner moment, featuring our tailor-made Americano, classic Spritz cocktails, and premium versions — all strictly based on Conegliano Valdobbiadene… plus a Beer Point for those who don’t want to give up their craft draft beer even at the wine bar!
