Many changes, but our philosophy remains the same

After several months of work by our staff and Web Designer Stefano Pederiva, we are finally online with the new Emporio Superiore website!
A lot has changed in recent years, starting with the recognition of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene Hills as a UNESCO World Heritage site, followed by a pandemic, wars, and a global economic crisis…it’s safe to say things haven’t been perfect.
However, we are still here, committed to offering great products to our customers, with a passion for our work and the goal of providing a flavorful experience to all those who want to discover the Conegliano Valdobbiadene region from a gastronomic perspective.
Over the next few weeks, we will be uploading all our product lists online, including the Wine List, Aperitivo Drink List, General Drink List, Spirits List, Gin List, and the food menus: the Aperitivo Menu and the Bistrot Menu. The latter will be available as soon as we can fully restore the kitchen with the appropriate staff…additionally, we are setting up a QR Code system to allow customers to access all the price lists directly from inside the wine bar.
As for the wine selection from the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG region, we are working behind the scenes to offer, starting next fall, new wineries and exciting new products to taste, both by the glass and as bottles on the wine list.
Our goal is to rotate more frequently between the various exceptional wineries in the region, creating special food and wine pairing events, promoting guided tastings, and organizing meetings for dialogue with producers…our doors are open to all those who work with quality and respect the land.
